1. Request Assistance: Guiding Indonesian companies and organizations in submitting detailed requests to SES.
2. Feasibility Verification: Acting as an intermediary to ensure the assignments align with SES guidelines.
3. Profile Sharing: Facilitating the communication process by sharing expert profiles (CVs) tailored to client needs.
4. Logistics Coordination: Managing agreements on assignment scope, costs, and duration, along with other logistical arrangements.
5. Implementation Monitoring: Overseeing the assignment’s execution and ensuring all requirements are met.

How to Get Involved

German and Indonesian companies or organizations can participate in the SES program through these simple steps:

1. Contact EKONID: Reach out to EKONID for initial guidance and information.
2. Submit a Request: Complete a detailed request form provided by EKONID and SES.
3. Request Review: SES evaluates the request’s feasibility and identifies suitable experts.
4. Expert Proposal: SES provides expert profiles to EKONID, which shares them with the client.
5. Agreement and Preparation: Agree on assignment scope, duration, and logistics, including MOUs and cost-sharing arrangements.
6. Assignment Execution: The SES expert travels to Indonesia to execute the assignment. Accommodation, local transport, and other needs are the organization’s responsibility, with SES providing additional support where necessary.
7. Post-assignment Evaluation: EKONID and SES collaborate with the client to assess results and discuss follow-up activities.
